I've been a military leader in the US Army for the past 15 years. I'm seeking opinions and dialogue from the business world about "quantifiable leadership." How do you measure good leadership?...$$$$dollars? Employee satisfaction (how do you measure that?)...performance...longevity performance etc. etc.
